Exercise of the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Holder an unequivocal communication of his intention to withdraw from the contract. 

This communication must be sent by email to info@rareidofficial.com or by Whatsapp message to +39 351 362 6287.

In order to respect the period within which the right must be exercised, the User must send the withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires. 

When does the withdrawal period expire?

- In the case of the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - appointed by the User and other than the courier - takes possession of the goods.

- In the case of the purchase of several goods ordered together but delivered separately, or in the case of the purchase of a single good consisting of several lots or pieces delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party - appointed by him/her and other than the courier - takes possession of the last of the goods, lots or pieces.

Effects of Withdrawal

The Holder shall refund the total purchase price of the goods net of shipping costs to users who have correctly exercised their right of withdrawal. The refund shall take place provided that the following requirements are met:

1.    The Holder shall issue the refund without undue delay only after having received the good and having carefully checked that its condition corresponds to the conditions initially described in the product data sheet.
2.    The good must be returned with all parts and accessories shipped by the owner.
3.    The good, when returned, must have the guarantee and authenticity seal applied by the holder. The seal must be perfectly intact under penalty of cancellation of the right of withdrawal and immediate return to the user.
